iMounts ships products to the following countries, for which a standard rate of €6.95 applies and free shipping from €100.

Discount code terms and conditions
The discount code has a minimum order amount of €30 and can be used a maximum of once per address/account.
What are the return conditions?
Register : Register your return within 14 days of receipt via our returns portal or by email.
Condition of the items: The items may not be damaged.
Packaging: Return the items preferably in the original packaging.
Is it possible to exchange an item?
Yes, you can exchange an item for another item of the same value free of charge. To do this, follow the steps below:
- Contact us. Let us know which item you would like to exchange and which item you would like to exchange it for. You can contact us via [email address] or via [telephone number].
- Send the item. Once you have received a return label from us, you can send the item to us.
- Receive the new article. Once we have received the returned item, we will send you the new item.
My return has still not been processed, what now?
It may take up to 14 days for your return to be processed. If your return has not been processed after 14 days, please contact us. Check in advance whether the shipment has been received at our warehouse.
How does the refund work?
Once we have processed the return, payment will be made within 7 working days via the payment method used to place the order.

Every iMounts product has a standard consumer warranty of 1 year after purchase.
