iMounts processes orders quickly and reliably. If you order on a weekday before 22:00, your package will be shipped the same day and delivered to your home the next day.

Free shipping for the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany for orders over €14.95. Most iMounts products already exceed this amount – so in most cases, you pay nothing extra for delivery.

iMounts is a partner of DHL GoGreen. Our letterbox packages are sent via this program, which compensates the CO2 emissions of your shipment. Good for your setup and for the climate.
Frequently asked questions about shipping
When will my order be shipped?
Orders placed on weekdays before 22:00 will be processed and shipped the same day. You will receive a Track & Trace code by email as soon as your package is on its way.
I have received my Track & Trace code but see no movement yet. What now?
It can take a few hours for DHL to register the package in their system. Please wait until the next morning. If you still don't see an update then, contact Support with your order number.
Can I also have my order delivered to a pick-up point?
That depends on the package size. Letterbox packages are delivered directly to the letterbox. For larger packages, if you are not at home, a pick-up point will be offered via DHL.
Do you also ship outside Europe?
Currently, iMounts delivers within Europe. If you live outside the EU and are interested, please contact us, we are happy to explore the possibilities.
