Want to return a product? We make it as easy as possible.
How it works
- Go to the iMounts return portal (button below)
- Enter your order number and email address
- Choose the product you wish to return
- You will receive your return label by email
- Send the package within 14 days

Frequently asked questions about returns
How long do I have to register a return?
You have a 14-day cooling-off period after receipt. Register your return within this period and then return the product as soon as possible.
Will I receive a confirmation once my return has been registered?
Yes. After registering via the portal, you will receive an email with your return label and a confirmation of the registration.
Can I exchange instead of return?
Yes, you can. Contact Support and indicate what you want to exchange and for what. We will then send you a return label, and once we receive the product, we will send the new item.
