What are the return conditions?
How does that work?
- 14 days reflection period
- After the return notification, you still have 14 days to return the item
- The refund will take place within 14 days after the return notification until we have received the item.
Register your return within 14 days of receipt via our returns portal , chat or by email. Return the item within these 14 days.
Condition of the items : If the product is damaged more than is necessary to try it, we can pass on this depreciation of the product. Damaged packaging is not part of this. So treat the item with care and ensure that it is properly packaged when returning.
Refund:
Once we have processed the return, payment will be made within 14 days via the payment method used to place the order.
Is it possible to exchange an item?
Yes, you can exchange an item for another item of the same value free of charge. To do this, follow the steps below:
- Contact us. Let us know which item you would like to exchange and which item you would like to exchange it for. You can contact us via [email address] or via [telephone number].
- Send the item. Once you have received a return label from us, you can send the item to us.
- Receive the new article. Once we have received the returned item, we will send you the new item.
My return has still not been processed, what now?
It may take up to 14 days for your return to be processed. If your return has not been processed after 14 days, please contact us. Check in advance whether the shipment has been received at our warehouse.
How does the refund work?
Once we have processed the return, payment will be made within 7 working days via the payment method used to place the order.

Every iMounts product has a standard consumer warranty of 1 year after purchase.
