Returns & Warranty
Not satisfied, or is the product not working as expected? No problem. Below you will find everything about returns, warranty, and refunds.
How do you return a product?
You can return products via our returns portal – quick and hassle-free.
- Go to the iMounts returns portal
- Enter your order number and email address
- Select the product you wish to return
- You will receive a return label by email
- Return the package within 14 days
Return Conditions
- Cooling-off period: 30 days after receipt
- Register your return via the portal no later than the 14th day
- Return the item within 14 days after registering the return
- The product must be undamaged (normal inspection is not an issue)
- Packaging: original packaging is preferred, but not mandatory
- Damaged packaging will not be charged
Please note: if a product is clearly more damaged than necessary for an initial inspection, we may charge for depreciation.
Refund
Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive your payment within 7 working days – via the same payment method you used for your order.
Does it take longer than 14 days? Please contact us at support@imounts.nl with your order number.
Exchanges
Do you want to exchange a product for another item of equal value? You can do this free of charge.
- Contact us at support@imounts.nl and specify what you want to exchange and for what
- We will send you a return label
- After receiving the returned item, we will send the new product
1-year warranty on all products
Every iMounts product comes with a standard 1-year consumer warranty from the date of purchase. If a product does not work as it should, please contact us – we will always resolve it.
Warranty does not apply to:
- Wear and tear from normal use
- Damage due to incorrect use or moisture
- Resold products
